We believe in treating our customers fairly, which is one reason we back all our drive-thru part repairs with a limited 4-month warranty. If the part we fix doesn’t work as expected during the 4-month period – a rare event due to the quality of our work – we’ll fix it again free of charge (some restrictions and conditions apply).

New products we sell come with longer warranties; however, they can differ depending on the brand. New HME products are covered for up to two years under their manufacturers’ product warranties. We provide a 1-year warranty with our CE products. The 3M/PAR equipment does not come with a warranty from the manufacturer. However, we provide a CE warranty on those products.

In addition to peace of mind with our CE warranty, you also get free inbound shipping when you send us a part that needs repairs, and same-day service on most repairs.
